On Thursday June 19, 2025 the world lost a compassionate soul, caring husband & father, and my best friend & amazingly talented comic collaborator.
I will have a dedicated memorial for Gord on a future version of this site, but it's too hard to do it right now.

Writing Calgary: Local Interest Literature, July 24, 2025
I was honoured to be invited for this event at Shelf Life Books, alongside local authors Lori Beattie (Calgary's Best Walks), Kevin Allen (Our Past Matters: Stories of Gay Calgary), Dale Leckie (The Scenic Geology of Alberta: A Roadside Touring and Hiking Guide), and moderator Jim Ellis.
Ghost Towns of Banff and the Bow Valley is the latest in my GHOST TOWNS OF ALBERTA zine series. I'll have it at upcoming arts markets, as well as on my Gumroad store and retailers in Calgary and Edmonton.
ganky: one word is a critical look at Pope Francis' 2022 visit to Canada in the wake of the devastating discoveries of potential unmarked childrens' graves on the sites of former residential schools. It is the first issue of ganky I have completely written and illustrated.
